Here is a list of resources to help get you to this goal.
When looking for prenatal yoga make sure you search for the particular trimester you are in. Here are some of my faves when I was pregnant but there are many more out there by these same teachers.
Here are two videos for the labor breathing that I used to help me when I was in labor.
Learn from a birth doula + childbirth educator the essential breathing techniques that will minimize pain during contractions, help you relax between contractions, and support you in pushing the baby out gently.

Another great pregnancy meditation app is Expectful: Expectful Meditation & Sleep App - Fertility, Pregnancy, and Motherhood.
As for affirmations I used so many throughout my pregnancy that I wrote or printed out and hung up on my wall. I also made a banner of all of them for my labor to look at to help me.
