"My favorite FREE meditation app is INSIGHT TIMER. I used it through both my pregnancies, and still do everyday. Its an amazing app that has a lot of pregnancy meditations and just all different kinds for whatever you need to help refocus, center, be present, and positive." -Dr. Ashley

Here is the link to their webpage where you can download the app.

Another great pregnancy meditation app is Expectful: Expectful Meditation & Sleep App - Fertility, Pregnancy, and Motherhood.

As for affirmations I used so many throughout my pregnancy that I wrote or printed out and hung up on my wall. I also made a banner of all of them for my labor to look at to help me.

Here is my Pinterest page of the ones I saved, that you can totally use. Pinterest is a great place to find many pregnancy and birth affirmations.
