Meditation
"My favorite FREE meditation app is INSIGHT TIMER. I used it through both my pregnancies, and still do everyday. Its an amazing app that has a lot of pregnancy meditations and just all different kinds for whatever you need to help refocus, center, be present, and positive." -Dr. Ashley
Here is the link to their webpage where you can download the app. https://insighttimer.com/
Another great pregnancy meditation app is Expectful: Expectful Meditation & Sleep App - Fertility, Pregnancy, and Motherhood.
Affirmations
As for affirmations I used so many throughout my pregnancy that I wrote or printed out and hung up on my wall. I also made a banner of all of them for my labor to look at to help me.
Here is my Pinterest page of the ones I saved, that you can totally use. Pinterest is a great place to find many pregnancy and birth affirmations. https://pin.it/45Mt3P8

Fitness
When you have some time, checkout:
Dr. Ashley is a Birthfit leader and we support women through the prenatal, postpartum, pre-conception, and any transition/season in their journey. Prenatal Vitamins
Our opinion of the best prenatal vitamins:
Postpartum Plan
Don't forget about your postpartum plan! Pregnancy and labor is very important, but how you want your postpartum to look like is just as or more important. If mama is not good no one is good. Here are some great books to learn more about postpartum planning:
